I am a successful Executive HR Leader with 2 decades’ experience, pivoting early on from IT Management to People Management.

My interest in how businesses can scale and be sustainably successful has led to my becoming adept at developing business strategy and optimizing business operations. My strength as a business coach lies in a combination of the instinct and scientific training for People Optimization, with an ability to both optimize business operations and design and drive business performance strategies.

I am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, UK, and of the Institute of Leadership Management & Manpower Development (ILMMD), Nigeria. I hold a Ph.D. award for my contributions to the development of management and human resources in Nigeria. I serve on HackingHR Experts’ Council as a Founding Member as well as on the Certification Faculty. I am contributing to improving the world of work for all players.

As a certified coach of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I partner with Business Leaders and their teams to figure out the best ways to achieve sustainable success. I also support individuals through personal developmental coaching.
